Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
- Provide accurate and engaging information about products, features, and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
