Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with finding products, answering basic inquiries, and directing them to appropriate staff for detailed assistance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including dusting shelves, sweeping aisles, and tidying product displays regularly.
  • Restock shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring items are correctly priced and neatly arranged.
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, including unpacking boxes, verifying contents against invoices, and organizing stockroom inventory.
  • Assist with preparing merchandise for the sales floor, such as tagging, folding, or hanging items.
  • Support the sales team by retrieving items from the stockroom, preparing fitting rooms, and handling customer returns/exchanges under supervision.
  • Perform general cleaning duties throughout the store, including washrooms, staff areas, and windows, to maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Operate basic store equipment safely, such as hand trucks or step ladders, when necessary for stocking or display changes.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work atmosphere.
  • Assist with inventory counts and organization as required, helping to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Provide exceptional support to ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
