Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, product location, and selection in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Efficiently restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure products are priced correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including cleaning aisles, shelves, and checkout areas.
- Receive, unpack, and process incoming inventory shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and managing stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Support store management with various daily operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security standards within the store.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Actively resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary.
Required Skills
