Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the maintenance and optimization of our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
  • Support the creation of reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into sales pipeline, marketing campaign performance, and customer retention metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions.
  • Help document existing RevOps processes and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Participate in data cleaning initiatives and ensure the accuracy of revenue-related data.
  • Assist with sales forecasting and territory planning activities.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new sales and marketing technologies.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making across revenue departments.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or customer success processes.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce.
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Prior internship or co-op experience in a business operations, analytics, or sales support role.
