Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the repair of potholes, cracks, and other road surface defects.
- Participate in manual labour tasks such as digging, raking, sweeping, and lifting materials.
- Operate basic hand tools and small power equipment under supervision.
- Support the installation and maintenance of road signs, guardrails, and other roadside furniture.
- Assist with traffic control setup and flag person duties to ensure crew and public safety.
- Clean and clear debris from roads, culverts, and drainage systems.
- Perform general grounds maintenance around municipal properties as required.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Participate in training sessions and learn new skills relevant to road maintenance.

- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
