Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled roofers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems.
- Prepare job sites by setting up safety equipment, clearing debris, and organizing materials.
- Load and unload roofing materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy work area.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support team members as needed to complete projects on schedule.
- Learn and apply new roofing techniques and best practices from experienced professionals.
Required Skills
