Key Responsibilities
- Receive and accurately process room service orders, ensuring all details are correct.
- Efficiently deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.
- Set up and present meal trays according to established standards of quality and appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of delivery equipment, carts, and work areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a polite and helpful attitude.
- Process payments and accurately reconcile daily transactions.
- Monitor and replenish inventory of room service supplies as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
