Key Responsibilities
- Receive and accurately process guest room service orders via phone or digital systems.
- Prepare food and beverage items for delivery, ensuring presentation standards and order accuracy.
- Deliver orders to guest rooms promptly and courteously, adhering to all hotel service standards.
- Set up and present meals in guest rooms, including arranging trays, dishes, and cutlery.
- Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently, processing cash, credit cards, or room charges.
- Clear used trays and dishes from guest rooms and hallways in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service pantry and equipment.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism and efficiency, escalating complex matters to management.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as hotel policies and procedures.
Required Skills
