Key Responsibilities
- Assist Route Drivers with loading and unloading products safely and efficiently from delivery vehicles.
- Verify merchandise against delivery manifests to ensure accuracy before departure and upon delivery.
- Help navigate planned delivery routes using GPS and local knowledge, ensuring timely arrivals.
- Interact courteously and professionally with customers, representing Hiring.zycto's commitment to service excellence.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and traffic laws at all times.
- Communicate any delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback to the Route Driver or dispatch.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles as directed by the Route Driver.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy packages (up to 50 lbs / 23 kg) regularly.
- Excellent physical stamina and endurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
