Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and engage with customers upon entry, providing exceptional service and assistance throughout their shopping journey.
  • Proactively offer product information, demonstrate features, and guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Efficiently and accurately process sales transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, card, and other payment methods.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage returns or exchanges professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards of the sales floor and checkout area.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and products are correctly priced and displayed.
  • Promote current sales, special offers, and loyalty programs to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Required Skills

  • Proven customer service skills with a genuine desire to help others.

  • Basic numeracy and experience handling cash and card transactions.
