Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to every client, embodying the brand's luxury standards.
- Actively engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert recommendations from our product range.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive clienteling, follow-ups, and special event invitations.
- Maintain the impeccable visual merchandising and cleanliness of the sales floor, ensuring products are displayed to the highest standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, tagging, restocking, and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively communicate value propositions.
