Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through various channels (cold calls, emails, in-person visits) to generate new leads and appointments.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, documenting interactions in CRM software.

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Represent Hiring.zycto at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
