Hiring.zycto is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate with a flexible schedule in our Pelmo Park, Toronto location. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Actively engage with customers to identify suitable products and offer informed recommendations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all products, promotions, and store policies.
  • Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system, handling cash and card payments.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and tagging merchandise.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety and security procedures.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role (minimum 6 months)
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
