Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Actively engage with customers to identify suitable products and offer informed recommendations.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all products, promotions, and store policies.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system, handling cash and card payments.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and tagging merchandise.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety and security procedures.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role (minimum 6 months)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
