Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing outstanding service.
- Assist customers in locating products and making informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring products are neatly displayed.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and merchandising displays as needed, ensuring adequate product availability.
- Learn and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
