Key Responsibilities

- Schedule, confirm, and modify client appointments using our salon management software.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room.
- Assist with retail product sales, providing basic product information to clients.
- Manage client records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and confidential.
- Communicate effectively with stylists and other salon staff to ensure a smooth client flow.
- Address client concerns or complaints with empathy and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the salon as required.
- Perform light administrative tasks, such as filing, inventory checks, and restocking supplies.
