Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting, and vacuuming all designated areas.
- Sanitize and restock restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas regularly.
- Empty trash receptacles, dispose of waste properly, and replace liners.
- Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, industrial vacuums, and carpet cleaners.
- Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of cleaning supplies, reporting needs to management.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with special cleaning projects, event setup, and other duties as assigned by management.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all health and sanitation regulations.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions meticulously.
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning agents.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks, including standing, bending, lifting (up to 30 lbs), and repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
