Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for team members and executives.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings, catering, audio-visual setup, and preparation of necessary materials.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding scheduling inquiries and adjustments.
  • Ensure all scheduling conflicts are promptly identified, communicated, and resolved efficiently.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items as required.
  • Maintain organized records of schedules, contacts, and related administrative documents.
  • Assist with other general administrative duties and special projects as assigned, contributing to overall office efficiency.
  • Utilize scheduling software and office productivity tools to enhance workflow and communication.
