Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex schedules for individuals, teams, and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all scheduling inquiries, changes, and cancellations, communicating promptly and effectively.
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, utilizing problem-solving skills to minimize disruptions.
  • Collaborate with various departments or clients to understand their needs and develop tailored scheduling solutions.
  • Utilize scheduling software and tools to streamline processes, maintain accurate records, and generate reports.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to all relevant parties.
  • Support administrative tasks related to scheduling, including data entry, documentation, and compliance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of scheduling procedures and policies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Scheduling Coordinator or in a similar administrative role (2+ years).
