Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record scores, fouls, timeouts, substitutions, and other pertinent game statistics during live sporting events.
- Operate and manage electronic scoreboards and timing equipment efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain clear, concise, and legible physical game sheets/scorecards, ensuring all recorded data is correct and comprehensive.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with referees, coaches, and team captains regarding game progression, official calls, and statistical updates.
- Ensure punctuality for all scheduled shifts, arriving sufficiently early to set up and verify all necessary equipment before game start times.
- Adhere strictly to all league rules, regulations, and operational procedures, ensuring fair play and impeccable record-keeping.
- Address minor inquiries or disputes regarding scores/stats with professionalism and tact, escalating major issues to appropriate supervisors when necessary.
- Assist proactively with the setup and dismantling of scorekeeping area equipment and materials as required before and after events.
- Uphold a positive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor at all times, serving as a welcoming representative of Hiring.zycto within the community.

- Current First Aid and/or CPR certification.
- Prior experience working in a recreational, community, or youth sports environment.
