Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products, offering expert advice, and making personalized recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising displays.
- Replenish stock on shelves and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate complex concerns to management.
- Actively promote current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to customers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store objectives.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in French (English is an asset).
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and card transactions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
