Key Responsibilities
- Participate in daily security monitoring activities, analyzing logs and alerts for potential threats.
- Assist senior analysts in the investigation and resolution of security incidents.
- Learn and apply basic incident response procedures and playbooks.
- Support vulnerability scanning and assist in the analysis of scan results.
- Contribute to the documentation of security procedures, policies, and incident reports.
- Gain exposure to various security tools and technologies, including SIEM, EDR, and firewalls.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance cybersecurity knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to understand system architecture and potential security risks.
- Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux)
