Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance measurement against targets.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and various departments.
  • Identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment evaluations through robust financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business operations, and ensure accuracy of financial information.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting tools, and analytical methodologies.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by management.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial functions).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex financial concepts.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency with financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday Adaptive Planning).

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA, CFA, or MBA designation.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with IFRS accounting standards.
