Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across all digital channels (paid search, social, SEO, email, content, affiliate marketing) to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities and untapped market segments.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts across landing pages, ad creatives, website experiences, and user flows.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to develop compelling value propositions and integrated go-to-market strategies for new features and products.
- Analyze campaign performance data, provide actionable insights, and present regular, data-driven reports on key growth metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing, digital advertising, and customer psychology.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
