Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of chemical processes from lab to commercial scale.
- Conduct advanced process simulations and modeling to identify bottlenecks and efficiency improvements.
- Manage and execute process engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop and implement robust safety and environmental protocols in process design and operation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend their integration for enhanced performance and sustainability.
- Troubleshoot complex process issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Required Skills
- Expertise in chemical process design, simulation (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II), and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of chemical reaction engineering, mass/heat transfer, and fluid mechanics.
- Proficiency in process safety management (PSM) and environmental regulations.
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications
