Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor production processes and perform routine quality control checks.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Load and unload materials and products from production lines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain workflow.
- Complete production logs and reports accurately.
