Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude, providing an exceptional shopping experience.
- Offer expert product information and recommendations tailored to customer needs and preferences.
- Accurately process transactions, handle cash, card payments, and manage returns/exchanges using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including tidying displays and ensuring product accessibility.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, unpacking, pricing, and merchandising new deliveries.
- Proactively handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
