Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist customers on the shop floor, providing expert product knowledge and styling advice.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring displays are attractive, organised, and regularly refreshed.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, unpacking, pricing, and replenishing merchandise.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally and effectively.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the shop floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas.
- Actively contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and product information.
Required Skills
- Proven customer service experience, preferably within a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
