You will be cross-trained in various departments, providing a comprehensive understanding of resort operations. Key Responsibilities
- Operate ski lifts safely and efficiently, ensuring guest safety and providing assistance as needed.
- Assist guests with ticket purchases, rentals, and general inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in various resort areas, including lodges, restrooms, and outdoor facilities.
- Support snowmaking and grooming efforts, contributing to optimal slope conditions (where applicable).
- Work in the rental shop, fitting guests with appropriate ski/snowboard equipment and offering guidance.
- Serve food and beverages, clear tables, and maintain sanitary conditions in dining areas.
- Respond to guest needs and concerns promptly and courteously, escalating issues when necessary.
- Participate in daily team briefings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines set forth by the resort.
