Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks on construction sites.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, organizing materials, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under direct supervision.
- Support demolition, excavation, and renovation tasks as directed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tools, equipment, and the general work environment.
- Follow blueprints, instructions, and established safety guidelines rigorously.
- Aid site supervisors in maintaining efficient project flow and site management.
- Perform other general labor duties and assist with miscellaneous tasks as required to support project completion.
