We value reliability, a diligent work ethic, and a proactive approach to maintaining pristine property conditions. If you’re dependable, enjoy working outdoors, and are ready to contribute to keeping Toronto’s Old Town clear and safe this winter, we encourage you to apply.

- Exceptional reliability and punctuality, particularly with on-call scheduling and short-notice requirements.
- Strong work ethic and keen attention to detail to ensure thorough snow and ice removal.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work both independently and as a valued team member.
- A proactive and safety-conscious mindset, prioritizing personal and public safety at all times.
