We believe that true care goes beyond basic needs; it’s about fostering genuine connections, encouraging personal growth, promoting independence, and advocating tirelessly for the choices and preferences of those you support. You’ll be a trusted companion, an advocate, and a source of reliable assistance.

Our commitment to your success begins with a robust, paid training program that covers everything from safeguarding vulnerable adults and emergency first aid to advanced person-centred care planning, effective communication techniques, and understanding various health conditions. You will be working with a diverse group of individuals, each with unique needs, aspirations, and personalities, so adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and a non-judgmental approach are absolutely crucial. We foster a highly supportive team environment where collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect are paramount. Join us and become part of a team that celebrates every small victory, shares challenges, and truly makes a profound difference in the lives of those who need it most in Marple and surrounding areas. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling options where possible to promote work-life balance, and a clear pathway to a genuinely impactful and long-term career.
