Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals in their homes.
- Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining dignity.
- Support individuals with medication management in line with care plans and training.
- Help with meal preparation, domestic tasks, and maintaining a safe living environment.
- Facilitate community engagement and social activities, promoting independence.
- Offer emotional support and companionship, contributing to mental well-being.
- Accurately record and report on care provided and any observed changes in condition.
- Adhere strictly to care plans, company policies, and safeguarding procedures.
