Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely and appropriate manner, fostering community engagement.
- Schedule and publish posts across all active social media channels using scheduling tools.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to measure performance, derive insights, and optimize content and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, trends, and technologies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.
- Identify and engage with influencers and relevant community leaders to expand reach.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budget allocation.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and key metrics.
Required Skills
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role (minimum 2 years).
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
