Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating brand community and reputation.
- Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts to amplify brand messaging.
- Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance and achieve campaign goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, PR, product development) to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and market leadership.
- Report on social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar brand marketing role.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and proficiency with social analytics tools.
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing and a strong understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented approach with exceptional multitasking and organisational ability.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles as they apply to social media.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
