Job Description

Hiring.zycto is seeking a highly creative, strategic, and self-motivated Social Media Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) for all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
  • Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance and achieve objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries.
  • Report on social media campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media best practices.
  • Understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns and budget management.
  • Certification in social media marketing.
