In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding children, supporting vulnerable adults, and empowering families to thrive, all from the flexibility of a remote working environment.
At Hiring.zycto, we believe that effective social work is built on trust, empathy, and a deep understanding of individual and family needs. Your day-to-day will involve conducting virtual client interactions, engaging with multi-agency partners, advocating for clients’ rights, and meticulously documenting all interventions to ensure compliance and best practice. While primarily remote, a strong understanding of local resources and UK social care legislation is essential.
We are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive culture, even in a remote setting. You will be part of a collaborative team, benefiting from regular virtual supervision, peer support, and continuous professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career trajectory. This role offers the unique chance to leverage technology to extend your reach and support individuals and families across various geographical areas, breaking down traditional barriers to service provision.
