Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using relevant programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate actively in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the robustness and reliability of developed software.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, promoting best practices and standards within the engineering team.
- Perform code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Continuously research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve development processes and product quality.
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and developing cloud-native applications.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.
