Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient software applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define, scope, and deliver new features and improvements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to architectural guidelines.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to improve functionality and performance.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and strategic technical planning.
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our technical stack.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in software development using languages such as Java, Python, C#, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
