Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients across various practice areas.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advice.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions.
- Manage an independent caseload effectively, ensuring timely and successful resolution of matters.

Required Skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Kentucky
- Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience as a Solicitor or Attorney

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
