Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and register guests, providing an exceptional first impression of the spa.
- Efficiently manage the spa booking system, scheduling appointments, and handling cancellations/reschedules with professionalism.
- Answer phones and respond to emails promptly and courteously, providing detailed information about spa services and packages.
- Process payments accurately and handle daily financial transactions, including cashing up and reconciling tills.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine presentation of the spa reception area, waiting lounges, and common spaces.
- Actively promote and sell spa retail products, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and recommending suitable items.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide tailored recommendations for treatments, and resolve any concerns with tact and diplomacy.
- Coordinate seamlessly with therapists, aestheticians, and other spa staff to ensure a smooth flow of services and optimal guest experience.
- Maintain confidentiality of all guest information and adhere strictly to all spa policies, health & safety regulations, and GDPR guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, support colleagues as needed, and participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 18 months) in a customer service role, preferably within a luxury hospitality, spa, or high-end retail environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished, professional, and empathetic demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in managing bookings, schedules, and guest preferences.
- Proficiency in using booking software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms).
