Key Responsibilities
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) during therapy sessions.
- Prepare and organize therapy materials and equipment.
- Implement therapy programs as directed by the SLP, under direct supervision.
- Document client progress and session notes accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
- Engage clients in therapeutic activities in a supportive and encouraging manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and record keeping.
- Observe and learn from experienced SLPs and other team members.
- Ensure client safety and comfort during sessions.
- Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality policies.
