Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up various sports equipment and facilities for scheduled activities and events.
- Monitor facility usage, ensuring adherence to rules, safety guidelines, and proper equipment handling.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the facility remains tidy, hygienic, and presentable.
- Assist visitors and patrons with inquiries, provide directions, and offer general support.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or maintenance issues promptly to supervisors.
- Ensure all areas are secure at closing times, including locking doors and turning off lights.
- Handle minor first aid situations and respond to emergencies in accordance with established procedures.
- Support event coordination by assisting with seating arrangements, signage, and crowd control.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and report needs to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all facility users.
