Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews and meetings.
  • Manage and update candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with precision and confidentiality.
  • Assist with screening resumes and initial candidate outreach, helping to identify qualified applicants.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate new hire paperwork and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout their application journey.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required by the recruitment leadership.
  • Support general office duties, ensuring a tidy and efficient work environment.

Required Skills
