Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and stock merchandise on shelves, in storage areas, and on the sales floor according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including aisles, stock rooms, and receiving areas.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks safely (training provided).
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and assist with loading as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth night shift operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to work consistent night shifts (e.g., 10 PM – 7 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (training provided).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment (not required, but a plus).
