Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle transactions accurately, and manage cash.
- Replenish shelves, organize displays, and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including sales floor, stockroom, and common areas.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, checking for discrepancies, and restocking.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers, answering inquiries knowledgeably.
- Process returns, exchanges, and resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Support store management with various tasks as needed.
