Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service, answering questions and assisting with product selection.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and display areas.
  • Assist with stocking shelves, unpacking merchandise, and managing inventory.
  • Learn and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and ensure smooth store operations.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
