Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and provide assistance with product inquiries.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system for all transactions accurately (cash, credit, debit).
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure products are correctly priced and merchandised.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory tasks, including stock counts and processing incoming shipments.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and courteously, resolving customer concerns.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals and sales targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Basic math proficiency for accurate transaction handling.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Consistent weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays) is essential.
