Key Responsibilities
- Assist in arranging and maintaining attractive product displays and visual merchandising setups according to company guidelines.
- Help with the unpacking, pricing, and placement of new merchandise on shelves and display units.
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization, including shelving, product areas, and backroom storage.
- Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and assist with replenishing items as needed.
- Support inventory management tasks such as counting, tagging, and organizing stock.
- Provide basic assistance to customers, helping them locate products or directing them to sales associates.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational and merchandising goals.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise (up to 25-50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
