Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily setup and breakdown of studio equipment, ensuring all gear is in optimal working condition.
- Manage and organize studio inventory, including tracking supplies, ordering new items, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate logistics for studio bookings, client visits, and internal meetings.
- Perform light technical support, including basic troubleshooting for audio/visual equipment and computers.
- Ensure the studio environment is tidy, organized, and conducive to creative work at all times.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records for projects and operational tasks.
- Facilitate communication between different departments and external vendors.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Studio Manager or senior staff.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
