Key Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to suppliers.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to facilitate on-time delivery of materials and products.
- Maintain and update supply chain records and databases, ensuring data integrity.
- Support logistics operations by tracking shipments, preparing shipping documents, and resolving delivery issues.
- Participate in supplier performance evaluation and communication.
- Contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements within the supply chain.
- Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain metrics and performance.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the supply chain team.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a strong asset.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
