Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of supply chain records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support inventory management activities, including stock counts, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Aid in the preparation of shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers/partners to resolve minor issues.
  • Monitor and track shipments, providing updates as required.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for critical supply chain documents.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
